AI that does real work in your company.
Caster Consulting implements business AI solutions for small and mid-sized companies: internal knowledge assistants, document and invoice processing, AI agents and Microsoft Copilot. We build working systems, not demos, and the first step is always finding out where AI pays off.
Sound familiar?
Everyone talks about AI. But where to start?
Most companies do not lack technology – they lack focus. We help you pick the one or two use cases where AI delivers tangible results within weeks.
01
Your team keeps asking the same questions
Knowledge sits in e-mails, folders and people’s heads. Everyone searches, and the same questions come up again and again.
02
Documents are retyped by hand
Invoices, delivery notes, contracts: hours go into manual data entry, and errors creep in along the way.
03
You tried ChatGPT, but it never became a system
Everyone uses it differently, there is no rule on what data may go in, and it is not connected to your business systems.
How it works
Your team asks, your company knowledge answers.
The internal assistant searches your own documents: policies, product data, process guides. It cites the source next to every answer, and only uses what the person asking is allowed to see anyway.
Use cases
Where AI pays off today.
We start from proven patterns and adapt them to your data and systems.
Internal knowledge assistant
A chat that answers from your own documents: policies, product data, process descriptions. With source references, respecting permissions.
E.g. onboarding new staff, customer service
Document processing
Extracting data from invoices, delivery notes and orders and recording it in your business system, with human review.
E.g. incoming invoices, purchasing
AI agents
Agents that complete multi-step tasks on their own: triaging e-mails, drafting replies, reconciling data between systems.
E.g. preparing quotes
Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout
Licensing strategy, cleaning up data access, training and usage rules, so Copilot is actually useful.
E.g. meeting summaries, Excel analysis
Reports and analysis
Natural-language questions on your company data, automatic management summaries that explain the numbers.
E.g. weekly sales report
AI policy and compliance
What data may go into AI tools, who may use what? Policy, training and readiness for the EU AI Act.
E.g. internal AI usage policy
How we work
Start small, measure, then scale.
01
AI assessment
Reviewing processes and data, ranking the opportunities by return and risk.
02
Pilot
A working prototype in one selected area, with real data and success metrics agreed up front.
03
Rollout
Integration with your systems, permissions, training, usage rules.
04
Measure and improve
We track accuracy and savings, then extend to the next area.
Security
Your data stays with you.
Enterprise AI services
We use services and settings that do not train on your data, with EU data residency wherever possible.
Permission-aware access
The assistant only sees and tells what the user is allowed to access anyway.
Human in the loop
Where mistakes are costly, AI proposes and a person approves. Every step is logged and traceable.
From our team’s projects
What our team has achieved.
Earlier projects of our team members at international enterprises and SMEs. We do not name the clients.
Competitor price monitoring with AI instead of three people
At a home furnishings retail chain, three employees tracked competitor prices and promotions manually. On the ZEBEQ platform we built an AI-based system that follows the prices, product data and promotions of 20 web shops, matches the products, suggests prices, and helps plan promotions and purchasing.
FAQ
What people ask about AI.
How much does an AI project cost?
The AI assessment is fixed-price. After that we quote a pilot item by item, with success metrics agreed in advance, so you know whether it pays off before a larger investment.
Do we need our own development team?
No. We handle the rollout and operation; your team only needs to use it. If you like, we also train your internal key users.
Which AI model do you use?
We choose among the leading providers per task (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot), vendor-neutrally, weighing cost, accuracy and data handling.
What about GDPR and the EU AI Act?
We consider both from the design stage: what data is processed, where it is stored, and which risk category the use case falls into.
How soon will we see results?
A well-chosen pilot is ready in 2–4 weeks, and the time it saves is measurable at that point. A full rollout depends on the size of the area.
