IT specialists, when you need them.
Caster Consulting’s IT outsourcing service provides experienced IT specialists to small and mid-sized companies on a time-and-materials (T&M) basis, full- or part-time, on-site or remote. From a single specialist to a whole project team, we supply developers, testers, analysts, project managers, UX/UI designers and AI and automation engineers, so you can grow your team flexibly without lengthy recruitment.
Sound familiar?
The project is there. The people are not.
Most companies do not lack ideas – they lack capacity. Recruitment takes months, and the project waits in the meantime.
01
Recruitment is slow and expensive
Hiring a good developer or analyst takes months, and there is no guarantee they will work out in the end.
02
Workload goes up and down
You need more people for the length of a project and fewer afterwards. Keeping permanent headcount for that does not pay.
03
A specific skill is missing
You need a UX designer, a tester or an AI engineer, but not enough work to fill a full-time position.
04
You cannot see where the time goes
With external partners it is often unclear who is working on what, and how much time each task takes.
Roles and areas
From one specialist to a whole team.
We put together the team your project needs from a senior core and an expert network we have worked with for years.

UX, UI and graphic designers
User research, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs, plus graphic materials that give a consistent look.
E.g. redesigning an application, AR interfaces
Testers
Manual and automated testing, test case design and bug tracking, so releases are stable.
E.g. regression testing before a release
AI and automation engineers
Building in AI features, process automation and system integrations, as well as research and development (R&D) work.
E.g. document processing, AI agents

FAQ
What people ask about outsourcing.
How is the work billed?
Typically on a time-and-materials (T&M) basis, by the hours actually worked, backed by reports from our ticketing system. For a well-defined task we can also quote a fixed price.
How fast can a specialist start?
Typically within days to a couple of weeks, depending on the role. After the needs assessment we give you a concrete start date.
What if the specialist does not work out?
Let us know and we will provide a replacement. The goal is a team that works well and reliably, not holding on to a poor match.
How flexible is the contract?
Team size and working hours can be adjusted to the pace of the project. Notice and change terms are agreed together and set out in the contract up front.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Our specialists can work at your premises, remotely or in a mix of both. Over more than 10 years our team members have worked on projects in the USA, Brazil, Portugal, France, Hungary and China.
