That depends on workload, data-handling requirements and long-term costs. After the assessment we give you a recommendation backed by numbers, and a hybrid set-up is often the best fit. ### What is the 3-2-1 backup rule? You keep three copies of your data, on two different media, with one copy off-site. That way there is something to restore even after a fire, a break-in or ransomware. ### How quickly do you respond to a fault? As set out in the operations contract, with a 24h response time. We track every request in our own ticketing system, so each step can be traced. ### Are you tied to any vendor? No. We recommend equipment and providers vendor-neutrally, based on your needs and the total cost of operation. ### Can you take over our existing systems? Yes.
