# One system for your whole operation, instead of the spreadsheet maze.

Caster Consulting implements business management (ERP) systems for small and mid-sized companies, starting from how the company actually works. Module by module, quickly, and in a way your team actually enjoys using. For most clients we work with the modular ZEBEQ platform.

## When spreadsheets can’t keep up anymore.

Most companies don’t look for an ERP because it is fashionable, but because the old tools run out as they grow. If two of these are true, let’s talk.

### Everyone sees different numbers

Stock, orders and finance live in separate spreadsheets, and they never match.

### Month-end closing takes days

Manual totals, copying, checking. Meanwhile there is no fresh data for decisions.

### One colleague knows everything

When they are on holiday, the process stops. The knowledge is not in a system.

### “Big” ERPs are too expensive and slow

Months of customisation, high upfront costs, and features nobody needs.

## An ERP built for SMEs: ZEBEQ.

For most clients we implement ZEBEQ: a modular, cloud-based business management platform designed specifically for companies outgrowing Excel.

### Switch on only what you need.

ZEBEQ is made of modules, like a building kit. Start with one or two and add more as your company grows. We tailor forms, fields and approval workflows to how you work, without programming, and if there is no ready-made module for something, we build it in ZEBEQ as custom development.

#### In the cloud, always up to date

No servers, no upgrade projects. Works in the browser and on mobile.

#### Transparent costs

The platform has a per-user licence. Ready-made modules extend it on licence, custom needs through development.

#### Automation built in

Workflows, notifications, reports and dashboards, extended with our AI and automation services.

#### Connects to your existing tools

For example Számlázz.hu or Mailchimp, and anything else through custom integrations.

If another system fits your company better, we will tell you. The assessment ends with an honest recommendation, not a product decided in advance.

## What a well-implemented ERP connects.

You don’t have to introduce everything at once. We start with the module that has the biggest impact; the rest follows on a schedule.

### Customer management (CRM)

Quotes, contacts and the sales pipeline in one place.

### Finance

Income and expense tracking, receivables, cash-flow overview, invoicing integration.

### Warehouse and stock

Real-time stock, multiple warehouses, goods in and out.

### Purchasing and logistics

Supplier orders, deliveries, drivers and vehicles.

### Production

Scheduling and tracking manufacturing processes.

### Projects and HR

Tasks, resources, employee records, leave and benefits.

## One version of the truth, not ten spreadsheets.

As long as data lives in separate files, everyone sees a different number. In one system, stock, orders and finance work from the same data, in real time.

## Weeks, not years.

1–2 weeks

### Process assessment

Interviews with key people, mapping today’s processes and pain points.

1 week

### Design and demo

We show you how it will work on your own processes, before you decide.

4–12 weeks

### Module-by-module rollout

Configuration, data migration, integrations and training, starting with the highest-impact module.

Ongoing

### Operations and further development

You are not left alone after go-live: fixes, fine-tuning, new modules and automations as your needs change.

## What our team has achieved.

Earlier projects of our team members at international enterprises and SMEs. We do not name the clients.

Animal health · CRM and consulting

### One CRM instead of 27 countries’ separate systems

At an international animal health company of 7,000+ people, every country ran its own system with its own evaluations, and data quality was poor. The company rolled out a single Salesforce CRM, with our team running project management and leading the implementation: six pilot countries first, then the rest in waves. The result is one system, shared dashboards and KPIs, and far more reliable data.

Fleet management · HR and ERP

### HR processes from Excel into one system

At the local unit of an international fleet management company, leave, onboarding, performance reviews, recruitment and shift planning all ran in Excel. On the ZEBEQ platform we built an HR system used by both HR and the employees.

## What people ask about ERP.

### How much does an ERP implementation cost?

It is made up of a few clearly separate parts, and you see each of them upfront, itemised. The ZEBEQ platform has a per-user licence. Ready-made modules are licensed too, and anything not available off the shelf we build as custom development. On top of that comes the implementation project (assessment, development, data migration, project management, training). It is also worth planning for ongoing operations, so the system keeps growing with your needs.

### Do you only work at a fixed price?

No. For a well-defined implementation we give a fixed-price quote after the assessment. If the goal is still taking shape, or your needs keep changing, we can also work on a time & materials basis. There is no fixed scope then: you decide along the way where the capacity goes, and you pay for the work actually done.

### How long does it take?

For a company of 10–50 people, the first module typically goes live within a few weeks; the full rollout takes 2–3 months.

### What happens to our existing data?

We migrate master data (customers, suppliers, items) and opening stock in a controlled way, even straight from your spreadsheets.

### What if ZEBEQ is not right for us?

Then we tell you after the assessment and help you choose and implement the right system.
